Our returns policy

Because we sell food, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or past its best-before date, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
